Delivery Information

All items will be shipped between 3 – 5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number or confirmation number indicating that your item has been shipped and that you can begin tracking your package(s). Please note that each carrier will provide an estimated delivery date for each item according to the ship address. On very rare occasions, elements such as bad weather or certain holidays may lengthen the time of delivery. If this situation should occur, KS Furnishings will post a notification on our website for you to see. Currently, all our items are shipped via FedEx or UPS. For very large items, a shipping carrier will be used. In the event that a package is unable to be delivered after several attempts, the item will be returned to the manufacturer at the customer’s expense.
