Return Policy

KS Furnishings realizes that customers may have to return items at times for various reasons. Please read our return policy carefully to see which situation suites you best.

All returns must be done within 15 days after receiving the item. To properly return an item you must fill out our return request form or send us an email at returns@ksfurnishings.com letting us know your order number, the item that was purchased and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged we may need a clear picture of the damaged packaging and item. All items must be returned in its original packaging and unassembled. If it is assembled it will not qualify for a return. Once this request is submitted, an RA will be generated and you will then receive guidelines, and labels as to how the items should be returned. (Please note that certain return scenarios may accompany a restocking fee and or require you to cover the cost of returning the item yourself. Please read carefully bellow to see which scenario fits you best.)

Scenario (1)

Item is damaged and needs to be exchanged for a new one or refund.

If you receive a damaged item and need to exchange it for a new one, you have (15) days from the date you received it in which to return it. Please follow the general guidelines above for returning package and no cost will be incurred to you the customer.

Scenario (2)

Item is incorrect to what you ordered.

If you receive an item that is incorrect to what you ordered, you have (15) days from the date you received it in which to return it. Please follow the general guidelines above for returning package(s) and no cost will be incurred to you the customer.

Scenario (3)

Change of mind, “Do not want item again”

If you for whatever reason decide that you do not want your order again you have 24 hours in which to contact us and cancel the order. To do so, please send us an email at returns@ksfurnishings.com. If the item is already shipped to you will be responsible for returning the package to our manufacturers and you will also be responsible for the cost of returning it. There will also be a 20% restocking fee associated with this return that will be deducted from you refund
